Refunds & Returns

General Returns Policy

- We accept both returns and exchanges of albums within 14 days of your order arriving, as long as the items are unopened and in their original packaging.

- Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus the shipping fees.

- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

- To request a return or exchange, please contact us first before sending anything back.

- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

- International orders and pre-order items cannot be returned or cancelled, except in the cases outlined below.

Damages and Issues

- We strongly ask all customers to film a full unboxing video when opening their package. This helps us verify any issues and provide appropriate compensation if an item arrives damaged or if any products are missing.

- If an unboxing video is not taken at the time of opening the order, we are unable to verify claims for damaged or missing items. Please make sure the video clearly shows the package being opened from the start.

- If your order arrives with severe damage that occurred before you opened it, and the item is still sealed in its original packaging, we may be able to offer an exchange after reviewing the unboxing video.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

- Photocards, once they have left our physical store or packing warehouse, as we can no longer guarantee their authenticity

- Products with minor damages, dents, or scratches

- Albums or products with factory errors, including but not limited to misprinted pages, typos, or missing inclusions such as photocards

Please note that these issues are caused by the manufacturer. As all of our albums are sealed, we are unable to check or prevent these factory defects before dispatch.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible albums within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened and returned in their original packaging.

If your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us first so we can review the issue and confirm the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original shipping fees.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

We are unable to offer refunds for delayed shipping, as shipping delays are outside of our control.
